SETTEMBRE ASTIGIANO
Ad Asti, nel mese di settembre, ha luogo un evento dal forte sapore storico: il Palio, il più antico d’Italia, che culmina nella corsa dei cavalli montati a pelo.
Oltre alla Corsa si tengono altre interessanti manifestazioni come il Paliotto, cioè la competizione notturna degli sbandieratori; il Corteo Storico, che vede sfilare più di mille figuranti in costume, tra bambini e adulti; la Douja d’Or, un concorso enologico di livello nazionale; il Festival delle Sagre che, oltre a proporre le delizie eno-gastronomiche della provincia, rievoca la tradizione contadina con la sfilata di personaggi e carri.
Tutti questi eventi hanno, ovviamente, calamitato l’attenzione degli obiettivi di Isaia…

SEPTEMBER IN ASTI
In Asti, in the month of September, take place an event with a strong historical flavor: the oldest Palio in Italy, which culminates in the race of barebacked horses.
In addition to the race, other interesting events are held such as the Paliotto, which is the nocturnal competition of flag-wavers; the Historical Procession, which sees more than a thousand costumed figures, including children and adults, parade; the Douja d'Or, a national level wine competition; the Festival delle Sagre which, in addition to proposing the food and wine delights of the province, recalls the peasant tradition with the parade of characters and floats.
All these events have, of course, attracted the attention of Isaia's cameras…
